Usually, purchases appear in the game immediately but occasionally it might take some time for them to arrive.

If you didn't receive the item that you bought, please message us and include the screenshot of the receipt received from Google Play.

The receipt must contain the transaction number which looks like GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345 and without that number it's impossible to track the transaction.
